Beloved by generations of Beaconites, this neighborhood spot is just off the beaten path, but always worth the trip. Cooper’s is just the latest to take the helm of this, one of the oldest continuously operating bars in Beacon, NY.
We’re a casual, low-key American pub and restaurant — serving delicious bar fare and comfort food and featuring 16 beers on tap. Owned and operated by the team behind Wonderbar Beacon and The Bird & Bottle Inn in Garrison, guests can expect fantastic food in a welcoming, family-friendly environment by day and a bustling bar experience by night.
